After the registration and final payment by your company/ organization, we will review it internally.
The registered fee will be refunded only in the following cases:
a) If your company/organization is found to be not a registered company, or
b) If your requirements can’t be supported by us.
Only in the above cases, your registered fee will be returned within 7 to 14 working days. The amount can be refunded only within 15 days of registration.
For testing requirements as per your testing slots allotted by our team, you should ship your product to the following address:
Micelio Mobility, Survey No.112, Industrial Shed, Ramasandra village, Narasapura Hobli, Kolar, Karnataka- 563130.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping any product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your shipment.
